Our Story

Naomi and Tiffani are the creative artists and directors behind The Luminarie Co. They come from the wedding industry background as a Wedding Planner & Designer and Wedding Photographer, respectively. Collectively they have over 19 years of experience with design, styling, art direction and creating cohesive storytelling.

Together, they believe in partnering with Creatives, being a supportive champion for other businesses and nurturing the hearts of others. They truly have a desire to see businesses thrive and excel and it is their mission to partner with businesses by helping them serve and reach their ideal client.

Naomi Bennett

Director, Designer, Stylist, Client Coordinator

Naomi was born and raised in the gorgeous state of Sunny California but now resides in Portland, OR with her husband, Elan and two cats, Ganondorf and Zia. When she’s not styling, you will most likely find her enjoying a hot latte, making avocado toast., trying a new recipe, watching the sunset or browsing the thrift stores. She thrives on authentic conversations and intimate moments that are raw and real.

Her love for weddings began as a child, she was completely swept up in the magic and wonder of it all and now that she gets to style flatlays for weddings, she loves to see how the smallest details somehow create a big impact in telling a beautiful love story.

Tiffani Matsuura

Director, Designer, Stylist, In-House Photographer

Tiffani resides in Torrance, CA with her little tribe consisting of her husband, Dan, daughter, Bethel and 2 doggos, Jackson and Mildred. Tiffani loves her Victorian home in Torrance, California. When she bought her home in 2019, she stripped it to the studs and made it her dream home — a Victorian-inspired garden cottage centered around music and worship.

Tiffani has a deep love for Edwardian and Victorian history. When she’s not styling, you can catch her drinking ALL the hot coffee, writing music, browsing thrift & antique stores or spending time with her beloved family.

On-site Flatlay Styling & Design for Editorials to create inspiring imagery worthy of a beautiful publication. The meticulously chosen details should be allowed a chance to shine and play an impactful part in the final editorial gallery.

We partner with photographers, videographers, planners and coordinators to style beautiful flatlays for wedding days on behalf of your clients. Your special clients have chosen such meaningful details which is why we  take such care to style them for their final gallery.

Frequently Asked Questions–

Yay! Please fill out our contact form to schedule your consultation with us. This allows us to understand the scope of your event/editorial design and how we can serve you best. From there, we’ll send over a proposal agreement outlining the service, pricing, etc. To reserve your date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 33% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the event.

Travel fees apply to every event and is rated at $0.75/mile.

The sooner the better! Due to the nature of the busy season, our weekends tend to fill up pretty quickly, so the sooner you reach out to us, the more likely you are to get your desired date!

Ideally, you should book your flatlay stylists at least 3-6 months in advance.

To reserve your date, we’ll need a contract as well as a deposit.

Absolutely! We partner with many incredible photographers and planners to style wedding flatlays on behalf of their clients and styled editorials. To form a partnership with us, reach out to us here.

You bet we do! We currently reside in Southern California and Portland Oregon and have been fortunate enough to style for many weddings, editorials and vendors in both locations. But yes, we love to travel and can take our styling kits anywhere to service your wedding or editorial!
